“Create Your Own,” Classes

Participants are guided through a hands-on experience to create a unique item. Through each step our skilled instructor adjusts the process to meet each participant’s skill, ability, and comfort level. This is a fun, educational, up-close experience in the glass studio. You need no prior experience, or skills whatsoever. Open to age 6+ (with parent). You can book up to 6 people for this private class. We also offer Group Classes for up to 15 guests.

When you book you will have the open to select a small item, or a signature item.
*Small Item: Bowl, Bud Vase, sun-catcher, or Ornament. This is a fast and fun experience with 2-3 steps.
*Signature item: Cup, Vase, Bowl, Mushroom Sculpture, Paperweight, Seasonal Items and More! This item involves more steps and will give you and more in depth experience. Age 12+
You will choose the item, discuss color, and design applications at the time of the class.
Small Item: $55 Per Person
Signature Item: $75 Per Person
What should I wear to a glassblowing class?
Wear comfortable, natural-fiber clothing (like cotton) with closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose clothing, scarves, or long jewelry for safety.
Do I need prior experience to take a class?
No experience is necessary! Our classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to all skill levels.
What will I create in a glassblowing class?
In our beginner classes, you'll typically make a small piece like a cup, ornament, or paperweight. Specialty workshops may offer more complex projects.
Can I take my creation home the same day?
Your glass piece will need to cool overnight in a kiln, so it will be available for pickup the next day. We can also arrange to ship your creation if needed.
Is there an age limit for glassblowing classes?
We recommend participants be at least 6 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a group event?
Yes! We offer private sessions, group bookings, and corporate events. Contact us to discuss scheduling and options.
How do I book a glassblowing class?
You can easily book a class online through our website.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled or partially refunded.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! We offer gift certificates that can be used for any class or product in our studio.

Introduction to Glassblowing

In this class you will begin to learn the basics of glassblowing from gathering glass from the furnace, to popping a bubble, and using tools. You will gain deeper insight in the medium and science of glassblowing, and the skills needed to start creating basic forms. Specific and/or successful items are not the goal of this class.

The class may be taken by 1-2 participants ($425 total), and multiple times to continue learning foundational skills.
